Terms & Conditions
Upon commissioning me (Lientje) you agree to all the terms given below. Make sure to read everything through, as these terms of service are crucial when commissioning me.
Breaking the terms of service will result in a blacklist.
Disclaimer
• I have the right to refuse any commission at any time, for any reason. Reasons do not have to be disclosed.
• The commissioner must be 18 years or older.
• Do not remove watermarks or signatures on the commission. These are there to prevent theft.
• .psd or .sai files cannot be requested under any circumstances.
• If you want to request changes, do so during the sketching phase. After the sketch has been approved I will charge extra for any changes made afterwards.
• Orders can be tracked by using the labels provided on Trello.
• Orders do not get completed in a first come, first serve basis.
• I work strictly with drawn references, unless you're ordering a custom design! Even when ordering a reference sheet, be ready to provide accurate references of your character.
• All prices are in Euros (€), unless specified otherwise.
2.1 Will and will not draw
Here is a small list with things I'm comfortable with drawing and what I'm not comfortable with.

I will draw:
• Anthros/furries
• Ferals
• Humans
• Soft gore
• Artistic nudity
• Soft sexual themes
I will not draw:
• Hyper (anything)
• Extreme fetishes
• Underage characters
• MLP
• Mecha
Things not listed are in generally accepted, but if you're unsure about whether I will or will not draw something, feel free to contact me.
2.2 Payment Method
I currently only accept payments through PayPal.

Upon confirmation of your order, an invoice will be send to the PayPal email you have noted down.
Please be aware that these must be paid within 48 hours.
1.3 Copyright
• All artwork is copyrighted to me.
• I may use commissions for promotions, prints and other commercial purposes.
• You may not use my artwork for personal gain UNLESS it is a base pack, in which a different ToS applies.
• I have the right to refuse handing out non-watermarked pieces.
• The owner(s) of the character(s) in the artwork have the right to repost the art, but must credit me.
1.2 Ordering & Process
• Inquiries must be mailed to me.
• Inquiries must follow the given form, or it will be denied.
• The commissioner must provide proper information and images.
• The commissioner must pay at least 50% up front, of which 10% is non-refundable, with the rest of the payment being send after approving the sketches provided.
• Payment plans are available if the total price is over €100. The terms will be discussed privately depending on the order.
• Orders can take from a day to 3 months for completion.
• Orders that require a strict deadline cost extra.
• The commissioner can request a W.I.P, but only once a week.
1.4 Adoptable re-homing
• You are required to inform me before attempting to re-home a character.
• You may not sell it for more than you paid for it, unless it comes with other art.
• You have to inform me on who the new owner is, so I can edit the ownership and can keep track of it.
• Refer the potential purchaser to my ToS beforehand. The basic rules and adoptable re-homing tab are still of importance!
• If a character is gifted to you, you do not have the rights to resell it. It can, however, be traded for other characters or art.
