This section applies to commissions only.

• Refunds are only provided if the commissioner has a valid reason (e.g. emergency bills) or if the commission has not been completed within the time limit.
• 90% of the payment will be refunded if a cancellation is made before I have started.
• 50% of the payment will be refunded if a cancellation is made after the sketch.
• No refunds will be given after coloring/completion of the piece.
• Canceled pieces will not be completed.

• You may not commission another artist to line or color any sketch or line-works that have been provided throughout the process.

If you request a refund due to personal reasons:

• All rights to the piece will become void. You will not have the right to use any unfinished pieces provided.

If you request a refund due to me missing the deadline:

• You will have the rights to keep the unfinished piece(s).
